What's it like being the Biological Daughter of the Strongest Pirate in the world

Summary:You were the daughter of a pirate, that's what you knew about your biological father from your mother. But, she never specifically said that... You were the daughter of one of the strongest pirates of the New World, especially a Yonko!

Actually, Whitebeard never knew he had a daughter in the first place. But after a letter from his ex lover, along with a photo of you telling him, that he had a daughter but he would not meet her. You had long blonde hair just like he did when he had and his eyes with your age matching the timeline of his relationship with your mother.

Thus he did the most logical thing. Set course and set sail to meet her, of course!

Of course his sons (mainly Marco & Ace) were a little bit worried/skeptical about it, because of a certain pirate already going on claiming he's Pops biological son (Cough Weevil cough)

But, it's Pops so he didn't care and told his boys to get ready for another addition to their family, if she really is his daughter.

On a simple but humble unaffiliated Island by the World Government in the New World, you were out shopping in the market for vegetables after your mom caught a bad case of fever, being the good daughter you are. One of the main reasons why this island was so peaceful despite being unaffiliated is because of one thing, or rather one person.

You!

You were born with monstrous strength, despite being so young you use it to chase off the pirates that tried to attack this island. A strength that your mother told you, you inherited from your biological father, one of the people told you that a massive ship is docking. Instinct to cover you.

Pausing in your shopping for a moment you grab your spear, which you use to send off the pirates that tried to attack before going to the beaches where the ship would be dock. But, when you see the ship. You were shocked by the Emperors ship doing here. What kind of crew is doing here?!?

You knew, you could impossibly beat a pirate crew of that power, strength and power. You knew being much greater than yours, so you stayed quiet and observant before the massive man signal to a pineapple man pointing in the direction... Of your house?! Where you lived with your Mum, on pure instinct, having a gut feeling that something big might happen.

You rushed back home to warn your ill mother. Until you were too late! You saw the man walking in, before on pure instinct you ran inside and attacked the pineapple man before he blocked you easily, there was a lot of yelling & curses going on (from you mainly)

But, your mother calmed things down before she explained that man is a good guy. He was just checking on her, because he is a doctor along with being the Vice Captain and being the right man of your biological father. You were speechless, there could only be one man who Marco the Phoenix, aka the First Division Commander serves.

Whitebeard! The strongest man in the world is your father! This was not how you expected your friday to go. Marco laughed at your shocked expression with your mother sighing at everything that happened

After your mother got better, Marco took both of you to their ship. The Moby Dick, to see the old man or 'Pops' as what he & his 'brothers' called him. You and your mother were now on the main deck of this large ship, sitting on the massive throne like a chair was him. Whitebeard, the man who stood before the pirate king, the man who was closest to the one piece more than anyone else. The Strongest Man in the World, but of course the adults had to talk first.

So you went to explore the ship while your mother and father talked on the deck, as you were looking around curiously you were approached by a freckled guy named 'Ace' and a pompous guy named 'Thatch' who were both of Pops Division Commanders, you got along well.

To make this story short, you were the biological daughter of Whitebeard, who welcomed you and your mother with open arms. Of course, your mother didn't want you to become a pirate but after a lot of talk and consideration with you. You and your mother joined the crew after Whitebeard gave the island his flag marking it under his protection, turns out you had a lot of things in common with your father. Who adored his little girl, despite being on slightly bad terms with your mother. He is working on it, to make up for all the lost time. Your mother becomes the unofficial mother to no surprises, you trained with your brothers (mainly Jozu & Kingdew to perfectly control your strengths and became one of the first female fighters, despite your mother's protest of you being too young to fight.

Whitebeard reassured her that you would be fine, a lot of reassurances and naturally, Izou helped you with your hairstyle and outfits.

Of course with two new recruits. There was a celebration going on welcoming you two onboard. You drink a lot of soda, laughing with your new brothers, by their sides

Your mother is sitting on Whitebeard's lap sleeping, after drinking a lot of wine & sobering up.

They should have known better than to think a three-year-old would listen to them and go against her curiosity, especially when that three-year-old was Dokucha, a kid who had taken after them and their stubbornness, a child who was currently getting closer and closer to the ‘enemies’ turf; more specifically, to a certain zoan-user.

Dokucha popped her little head out from the tree she had taken cover in, sneaking a glance at the blonde sitting criss-cross on top of a rock.

Snapping her body back into her ‘hiding spot’ as the man suddenly opened his eyes, gaze directed towards her, as another voice piped up.

“Hey, you’re with the Roger’s, right? You should not be on this side. We are currently in a cease-fire.”

“C’mon, Teach, she’s just a kid,” Marco called with a chuckle as he jumped down from his place and casually approached the kid, easily plucking them from the ground, leaning them on his hip.

“She’s so cute too,” He gushed, smiling at her, an expression that she happily returned, realizing that she had somehow ashieved her objective, ‘getting to the bird.’

“He is right tho, watchu doing on our side of the woods?” Marco wondered, digging his fingers into her side, watching her let out a cackle at the ticklish feeling.

“I waned to meet the bir man,” she admitted, wrapping her arms around his neck to keep herself from sliding down as she glanced behind him after hearing a slight snicker from one of his crewmates.

“Phoenix,” Marco easily corrected.

“Phoenix,” she parroted, looking up as a shadow enveloped both of them, shrinking once she noticed the huge figure of another of the whitebeard pirates.

“Hmm?” Marco called, looking up, and gave a grin once he noticed Jozu peeking in to see the child.

“Oh, that’s Jozu, he’s a pretty big guy, but don’t worry, he’s actually a softy!” Marco laughed, turning Dokucha around so she could look up at the man. Although she tried to hide herself at first, she eventually stared at Jozu for a second before extending her hands towards him. Jozu seemed to be in a trance as he stared at her, then grabbed her without saying a word.

“Zu?” She questioned, trying to sound out his name. In response, the teen couldn’t help the slight blush that appeared on his cheek, a small, dopey grin soon joining it.

“Oh! What about me?! My name is Marco,” Marco piped up, the same small blush in his face as he kneeled next to Dokucha after his brother had placed her down.

“Mako!” She echoed, letting out a squeal as Marco suddenly spun her around ,the exact same Dopey look his brother wore now on his face.

“You’re so cute!” He giggled, pulling her close.

Seeing the shift in attention, Teach slowly approached the group, something Dokucha noticed as she happily exclaimed.

“It’s you!”

“Me?” Teach repeated, confused, raising an eyebrow at her statement

“Yeah! My brothers weh talking about you! They say that that you never sleep! Bugs says that it’s kind of scary, but Shans says means you have so much more.... She rambled on.

Marco let out a slight surprised sound as she suddenly leaned closer to Teach, making the blond stumble at the switch in weight.

“I ike your eyes!” She noted, glancing at said eyes. Just like many three-year-olds, the girl often struggles to stay on task, causing her to frequently create confusion and whiplash at her quick switches in topic; something that, despite being around a child themselves, he was on the shyer side and had long since grown out of most sporadic quirks.

“My..Eyes?” he Gaped out, confused

“Boutiful Eyes!” she nodded, turning around as she suddenly remembered something, not noticing as Teach’s face grew red and he became bashful, turning away from the group and returning to his post.

“Mako, can you sho me the phenix, pleasee?” She begged, perhaps he had just spent a little too much time around his brothers tough love, but hearing someone wanting to see their Zoan form with nothing more than admiration pulled a heartstring in him that he didn’t even know he had as he preened in pride.

“Ye-

“Dokucha!” A voice hollered, causing all their heads to turn, spotting a blue and red head standing not far away.

“Come here!” Buggy Cried

“They don’t look too happy,” Jozu remarked.

“Woops,” she mumbled.

“Can you show me phenix later?” Dokucha whispered with a guilty face.

“Yeah! I will take you flying too!” Marco promised, rubbing his cheek against her as they both laughed.

“Hey! Get your hands off her!”

Marco couldn’t help but snicker at this as he placed her on the ground and watched her begin to scamper off, only to stop and turn around.

“Bye Bye Makko! Bye Zu! By pretty eyes! She hollered, waving them goodbye before resuming running, leaving behind the pink-cheeked boys and joining her brothers on the Roger’s side of the standstill.

Dokucha couldn’t tell how long she had to stay and hear her brothers scolding her, reminding her that she has to stay on their side lest she ‘Gets stolen by the Whitebeards,’ but it surely felt like an eternity. But did she listen? Absolutely not! No way she was missing on all the pretty plants the place had to offer.

To her defense, she hadn’t ventured past the invisible line the two crews had established for the cease-fire and instead had luckily conformed with collecting all plant life that caught her eye from a cliffside not too far away from the Roger’s Main Camp.

Although she had not ventured far, which had been the apprentice’s prime concern, it seemed the sea itself was determined to punish her for once again sneaking away from her brothers, as without any warning, the floor began to shake, and soon the sea started rising and falling in an impossible manner.

Dokucha had no time to prepare her little body and thus ended up tumbling down from the high cliffs.

It would have been a fatal fall, had it not been for the talons that suddenly swooped in and stopped her descent.

Looking up with teary eyes, she couldn’t help but gasp, starry eyes growing on her face at the sight.

It seemed that Marco had made good on his promise sooner rather than later, as he glanced down at the girl on his talons, a goofy grin on his face as he laughed.

“Mako”

“Looks like Pops got you!” he chortled.

“Pretty bir,” She awed, ignoring his statement in place of admiring the way golden and blue flames now replaced his arms, dancing around in erratic movements, seemingly being one with the carefree teen carrying the fire.

Again, he had been around the tough love, not only teenage boys engage in, but pirate teenage boys, and grown pirates, pirates that usually were not one to hand out compliments regarding one’s look, and especially not using such straightforward and wholesome words the girl in his grip was throwing out. So once again, he could do nothing but beam in pride, laughing gleefully and without restraint at the comment.

“Pretty cool, right?!” He boasted flying the both of them peacefully around the island.

“Ya!” she agreed, screaming in delight and excitement as the boy took that as a cue to show off, throwing both of them in a dizzying amount of loop-arounds and different but no less thrilling tricks the Phoenix engaged in, fueled by the girls’ cheering and laughing.

Marco usually takes you with him whenever he needs to restock on medical supplies on whatever island you stop at. Even if you don’t talk at all or interact with anyone but him during the outing he doesn’t mind. He just wants you to go out in public and not just hide on the ship for your entire life.

Being the closest to you in age Ace tries to relate to you to get you to do more social things with him. You like a book series? He found(made) a fan club for you to join on Sphinx! You like a specific musician who is having a concert? He got the both of you tickets(don’t question how)! Ace just really wants you to make friends and have fun while you're still young and don't have much responsibility.

The person you can always go to if you want a break from all the chaos of the ship is Jozu. He may not be quiet for the same reason you are but he will be there to be a silent comfort for you if that's what you need. Sometimes if it’s what you would like, he will play some type of card game with you, usually go fish or war but if you have any other games you would like to play he will happily indulge you.

Thatch would get you to help him and his division with the cooking. He tries to get you to talk to everyone as he gets them all to help show you how to make your favourite foods or desserts. But of course he won’t push it if you get overwhelmed or just don't feel like talking. Another thing Thatch would do is prank people with you! Sometimes Ace, and Haruta would join in as well. Your usual targets would be Marco, Namur, Kingdew, Curiel, Rakuyo, and Fossa but it is not limited to them, you guys have pranked everyone on the ship including Whitebeard. Most of the time you do get caught but it was worth it in the end because it got you to smile and laugh.

Silly Whitebeard Pirates Headcanons Part 1

Izou and Haruta get mistaken for women a lot whenever they head out to town; Haruta’s petite frame, cute bob haircut, delicate face, and high-pitched voice get him mistaken for a cute girl until he gets up and uses the men’s room. Likewise, Izou’s tall, slender body, pale skin, long hair, delicate features, feminine clothes, and lipstick have brought him a lot of unwanted attention from sleazy drunks. Fortunately, they learn to keep their distance when Izou fires his pistol just centimeters past their skulls.

Ace has been known to fall asleep in the most random times and places, even when he’s in the middle of a conversation. While it initially freaked everyone out, it happened so frequently that they quickly became used to it. It’s not unusual for Ace to suddenly fall asleep when he’s eating or doing his chores, and one of the crew members nonchalantly announce that Ace has fallen asleep on the deck again. Usually Marco or Thatch carry him off to room and tuck him into bed until he wakes up.

Vista is a self-proclaimed ladies’ man, whose skill with a blade is only surpassed by his ability to woo women. In reality, Vista’s attempts at flirting are usually either extremely cheesy or he comes off as way too desperate. He’s oblivious to why his pursuits repeatedly end in failure. The rest of the crew have seen Vista’s failed efforts at courting women, but none of them have the heart to tell him the truth.

Jozu is a talented sculptor; he can make incredibly detailed sculptures out of marble, stone, gemstone, and even ice. He becomes so engrossed in his work that he often forgets to eat, and Thatch has to bring food into his room so he doesn’t starve. Ace and Marco like to watch as Jozu chisels away on a new project, waiting to see what masterpiece he’ll unveil this time. When Jozu’s finally finished, Ace is awestruck at how life-like his sculpture is.

Jiru likes to tell the corniest, most groan-worthy dad jokes and puns that anyone has ever heard. Even Pops can’t help but cringe when he hears them. Marco and Izou roll their eyes, Vista and Namur facepalm, Haruta and Curiel openly cringe, and Blenheim awkwardly tries to change the subject. Oddly, Ace, Rakuyo, and Atmos find Jiru’s jokes and puns very funny.

Atmos is a bit insecure about his body image; he’s aware of how large and fat he is compared to the rest of the crew, trying on new clothes is a major hassle, and he tends to waddle around instead of walk. He knows he’d slim down a little if he went on a diet, but he can’t resist the temptation of second or third helpings of Thatch’s delicious cooking. He’s intensely jealous that Ace is able to eat so much without gaining an ounce and remaining tiny and slender.

There’s an inside joke among the crew that every time Namur eats fish for dinner, he’s committing cannibalism; Ace once dramatically screamed “CANNIBAL!!!” and pointed at Namur while he was eating the grilled flounder Thatch served one night. It’s gotten so bad that Namur once announced “This is a public service announcement. Please stop screaming ‘cannibalism’ every time I eat fish for dinner. Fish eat each other all the time, so it’s not a big deal if I enjoy Thatch’s flounder. Thank you.”

Fossa has gotten lectured by Marco about his chain smoking hundreds of times, how he’ll die of lung cancer before he reaches 55, about secondhand smoking, but he’s learned to just tune it out. His clothes tend to smell like tobacco, and people often keep their distance because it makes them cough. Women who seem slightly interested in him are quickly repelled by the overpowering smell of cigar smoke that permeates him. Fossa is largely oblivious to this, thinking that they’re not into balding men.

I'm dying laughing at Jozu's response to Shanks boarding the Moby Dick and knocking out a bunch of his crewmates being "the redhead's coming."

It's apparently not a translation flub of his epithet either since Marco calls him by his proper nickname in-between Jozu and another random Whitebeard crewmate calling him redhead. Shanks is really just 'the ginger' to these people.

Soon after, Marco had taken the cat to the infirmary. He was no veteran by any means, however he did note that the cat was somewhat underweight. So not entirely healthy, but still suspiciously so.

He checked a few things, having the kitty lay on its back. As stern as the man was, he was petting the cat, who seemed to enjoy his attention. As well as belly rubs. He watched as the cat seemed to meow and put its paws around his hand every time he tickled it.

He was smiling as the cats paws went in and out every single time. However it was interrupted by the loud footsteps of Whitebeard as he stepped in, looking at the Tennessee Rex with a small bit of what could've been parental love. Already? Yes.

"My son. Is it healthy?" Whitebeard asked, looking at all of the curly bits of fur the cat had.

Marco did a small nod, then searched through his desk for anything the cat could eat. Only had food for Stefan and birds. Since why would a cat ever be on the Moby dick?

"Seems so, it's a bit malnourished but clean otherwise. I don't see any ticks or fleas on it. Best to still give it a bath just in case."

Whitebeard continued to look at the cat, then slowly reached his large hand out, using one finger to pet it, considering his hand was the size of the full cat. But the cat seemed to enjoy it.

"Good work, if it gets along with Stefan it can stay." He said, continuing to pet it.

"I don't think that's smart, pops." He added. "This could be a zoan type user. It survived long on deck, especially since we're in the New World it's just confusing how it survived."

Whitebeard nodded, then placed back down his hand. "Could be true, yes. But I will make them my child if that's so."

"But pops, they could be a spy for all we kno-" Whitebeard interjected. "So? It seems to enjoy our company.

He said, pointing to the giggly cat begging for ear rubs against whitebeards large hand.

"Pops. This could be a tactic to get closer to you." Marco said, unamused.

"And? I could handle the king of the pirates and you think I won't beat a cat?"

"..Fine. I'll see how it deals with Stefan after I give it a bath."

Whitebeard grinned at that, giving the cat a pat to the head before walking away.

You were struggling internally. You'd just gotten away from your home town, hoping to maybe get on a ship for a bit to survive. Maybe go on an island or two to see which environment you liked best. You did not plan on it being the Whitebeard Pirates.

-And for everybody to absolutely adore you, especially Marco the Phoenix. You were absolutely floored at how he pet you, like he knew all the best spots. You almost didn't want to leave, but at hearing Marco was suspicious of you being a zoan? You knew you needed to. Or you could tell him..But that'd probably make things worse now.

Whitebeard did say that he would adopt you if you were in fact a zoan user, but that could've just been bait to make you transform. So you didn't buy it. But maybe..what if. Whatever. You didn't have time to think about that right now, there were other things more important. Like how to get the hell off this ship.

Marco picked up a few pet friendly shampoos out of Jozus room, surprisingly he had some. He hadn't known until Izo told him since Jozu was on a mission right now. He was sure Jozu wouldn't mind.

He was- thoroughly scratched up whenever he tried getting you in the bathroom. As if you knew what he was about to do, and now he looked like a living cat scratcher. But he eventually got you in the bath, now holding your scruff as he grabbed a cup to pour bath water on you.

The soap seemed to calm you down, to Marcos pleasure. He no longer had to hold you down like you were a prisoner. Instead he lathered your fur in shampoo as you meowed, not happy. But not scratching either.

Fortunately, Haruta came to help after he finished up his chores for the day, and when he washed you off you seemed to not react, maybe even enjoy it. And yes- possibly that made Marco a bit jealous. He was never a cat person, or an animal person in general other than birds. But this cat did happen to be adorable.

So he was a bit sad when Haruta could bathe you. But of course he was too stubborn to show it.

"Thank you Haruta, I may be a living cat scratcher now due to it."

Haruta giggled, then turned to Marco for a moment to respond. "This is an adult cat Marco, holding them by their scruff doesn't feel great. Plus you gotta ease em' into it!"

Marco nodded, noting to himself not to pick you up by the scruff again. "Well, thank you anyway. It seemed to enjoy the soap, But not the water."

Haruta turned back to the cat, continuing to wash it off and itch its ears happily. "Well most cats don't like water, nobody teaches em' that it's not scary when they're younger, so now they're scared to death by it!"

Marco nodded again, looking at you as Haruta itched your ears.

"..Makes sense. Anyway, do we have any cat treats in any of the cabins? I've told the crew to fish up more salmon for the cat so the third division could make some more cat food, we seem to have a lot of chicken in stock as well."

Haruta hummed happily, thinking as he massaged your belly. "I do! I keep all animal treats in my cabin for this very occasion! I just happen to be great with animals.."

Someone from outside the door seemed to laugh at that.
