Honestly, unpopular opinion... hot take... whatever you want to see it as I don't care... and no, not up for debate either.
But as someone who has had crushes before, I don't think Ochako having a crush on Izuku as anything bad. It's honestly whatever.
However, I also see her "crush" as not her liking Izuku as something romantically. I see it as her coming to love herself.
Throughout the story, she is inspired to be like him and then there's Toga.
Toga being someone else who has a "crush" on the same boy is so funny to me because that is the same person who turns into the people she "loves". She becomes that person.
Ochako inspires to be like Izuku? Toga becoming the person she admires?
I feel that Toga being a part of Ochako's story was a clever little detail (or worked out that way) to suggest that Ochako needs to love herself just as Toga loved being herself.
I'm sorry (not really) but to me, MHA was a story about these characters coming to terms with accepting who they are and what parts of them needed to be changed or embraced. It's just that each character goes through it in a different way.
With Ochako, her self-discovery journey just so happens to be her "crushing" on a boy who weirdly enough mirrors her from looks to personality to even ambitions.
To me, 431 was her finally coming to terms with who she is what she needs to do to be happy with herself.
