You know at the moment I did want aaron to add a Robert to that I love you... but not because of robron, or any need for Aaron to 'prove' his love for Robert.
His deep denial and running proves it to me tbh No. I just wanted him to twist the knife on Johnny boy.
But thinking about it all day and seeing people being upset about it somehow meaning he doesn't love Robert... And thinking about how John acts is very much in parallel to Gordon. it's FAR FAR FAR better that while Aaron was in a state where he has no control of his BODY that he wasn't seeing Robert. That his brain did not for one second think for a brief moment that he was with someone that would give him any sense of safety. I do think Aaron's waking up very soon, he might not be processing it, but I think he recognizing the trauma, he felt out of control, he's scared, he's in the hands someone he thinks cares about him.
