How to receive a parcel when I’m staying in the middle of a Swiss mountain?

스위스 에어비앤비에서 한달 살기를 했다면 소포를 받아야 할 일이 있을 수 있겠죠? 저도 이번에 수영복을 깜빡하고 호텔에 두고 왔는데 감사하게도 보내주신다는 연락을 받고 스위스에서 포스트 받기에 도전해보게 되었어요.
To my shame, I forgot my swimsuit while drying them in the hotel room. Thankfully, the concierge team of the Chedi sent them and I didn’t have to drive 4 hours to get them. (Thank you Michael for your swift handling!) (-> I will cover the Chedi in a new blog soon.)
First, I checked with my Airbnb host for the address but I was told that the post/package doesn’t arrive up in the mountain. But there’s a way you can receive a post.
You can search the nearest branch address where you want to pick up your post. The following link will take you to there:

결론은 다음과 같은 양식으로 적는 겁니다.
특히, 이 두번째 줄이 중요해요. 그래서 우편국 지점에서 보관을 해주거든요. 안타깝게도 스위스 번호가 있다해도, 한국처럼 전화번호를 기입하면 당연히 보내주는 SMS 알림이나 연락은 없어요. 그래서 보내는 분께 tracking number를 요청해야 합니다. 그러면 인터넷 사이트에 들어가서 수작업으로 도착 알림을 확인할 수 있어요. (번거롭지만 없는거 보다 낫다 산에서 한시간 걸어서 내려가서 매일 확인할 수도 없는 거고...)
In a nutshell, you write the address as follows.
1st Line) Recipient’s name
2nd Line) Poste Lestante <- This line is important as this notifies the branch to keep the package for you.
3rd Line) Street Name of the nearest post branch that you found for the search above
Soyoung Han ← 수신인 이름 Poste Lestante ← 두 번째 라인이 중요해요. 해당 지점에서 맡아서 보관해 달라는 의미거든요. Bahnhofstrasse 4, 8753 Mollis <- 위 검색에서 나온 가까운 지점 주소

이제 한국사람이면 너무나 당연한 배송정보 알림 받기 설정을 해보려고 합니다.
먼저 Swiss ID를 만들고 보내는 분께 송장번호를 요청해서 받아두어야 합니다.
Step 1) Create a Swiss ID

Once the account has been created, find your consignment with the given tracking code. (Thank you Chedi Concierge team.)
Step 2) Go to My consignments and search for your parcel with the tracking code
아이디를 생성하고 다음과 같이 배송추적을 하게 되면 현재 배송상태를 볼 수 있어요.
Step 3) Give your email address for notification
Then you need to give your email address to monitor the consignments.
여기서 이메일 주소로 알림받기 설정을 해야 중간 중간 들어가서 확인하는 번거로움을 피할 수 있어요. (실제 ETA가 계산된 내용이라기 보다는 실시간 정보에 가깝더라고요.)
Now you can check where your package is!
Today, I received a notification email that the package has arrived as below. I find the ETA is changeable and it seems to be the best to wait for the notification email. It took two days to arrive from Andermatt to Mollis for my case.
Now it’s time to pick up the package from the village. Don’t forget to bring you ID as the clerk will check your id before handing it over to you.
This branch is a hybrid of a supermarket and Die Post. The window reads the branch address I used for receiving the package. I arrived at the right pick-up location. :)
이제 기다리던 소포를 받기위해 기입던 주소로 신분증을 꼭 지참해서 가야 합니다. 슈퍼마켓에 Die Post 가 왜 붙어있는지 이제 이해가 되네요.
First, the clerk thought the package didn’t arrive because the handwriting was not clear to him. But we could find the package when my partner asked him again to check it in German. Even though most Swiss speak good English, I find it’s a bit difficult. Thank you my honey D for checking it again.
들어서서 점원을 바라보니 왜 왔니 하는 표정으로 쳐다봅니다. 소포를 여기로 주문했는데 도착했다고 알림이 와서 왔다고 하니 메일과 신분증을 보여달라고 하네요. 아래층 보관실에 가서 한참을 찾고 와서 없다면서 이 알림이 오고 있는데 온거라는 이해가 안가는 이야기를 합니다. 내일 도착할테니 내일 늦게나 확실히는 그 다음 날 오라는데 짝궁에서 언어 찬스를 써서 다시 확인하고 받을 수 있었어요.
