Tried to make this as #healthy as possible, so let's call this #cleanCHEATING 😉 1/2 cup oats ground to oat flour, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1/4 cup #pumpkin purée, stevia, 1/3 cup egg whites, and cinnamon! Yes that is a koala pancake ;) for the sauce: 2oz #Chobani plain, 1 tbsp sugar free pumpkin pie spice coffee creamer, and cinnamon.
