Headcannon: Diego's attitude twards Gyro is more aggressive. He tries to prove he's better than him ,since Gyro is the bigger man ,both figuratively and physically.He don't like the challenge . He still wants his attention ,and will get jealous if he spends too much time with Johnny, obviously he's not going to show it , so like a cat he will get too close to him, just lay on / around him , or get touchy with him, eventually turning Gyro's attention twards him. They do get along sometimes , they love each other dumb jokes,or just talk shit about others.Again ,Gyro being the tallest one means better cuddling and warmth for Diego.He loves the attention, though he hates being the smaller one.
