Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1 egg. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup chopped onion. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. Toppings of your choice lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, etc..
Instructions: Put the egg, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add the ground beef and mix it all together. Mix everything together well. Make burger patties out of the four equal parts of the mixture. Set the grill or pan on medium-high heat. The patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them. You can use a grill or a toaster to toast the burger buns. Add your favorite toppings to the burgers and put them together. Enjoy while hot!
