We are half way into the DigifyPro Nigeria (DigifyNG) Cohort 3.0 Digital Marketing Professional training program. It is Week 4 already and we have 4 more weeks to go before graduating this smart person I took happy photos with. I'm happy about how much they've learnt and I'm also about the beautiful journey ahead of them. After the program, they will be joining top Marketing & Communications organisations in Nigeria where they will contribute their vibrant energy and up-to-date skills and competencies to grow the organisation and the clients they serve. They will handle the type of responsibilities set aside for the passionate and competent and I'm confident that in 4 weeks when they graduate they will be fully equipped and ready to strategically go head-on at any challenge thrown at them when they kickstart their Digital Marketing careers. And that is what makes every second I spend facilitate their learning and growth more than worthwhile for me. They are the future authorities and stakeholders in Digital Marketing and Technology in Africa and the world and that's what I keep at the back of my mind as I share the best of all I know with them. Amazing people, we have 4 more weeks to learn and grow in this amazing setting, thanks to Digify Africa and #Facebook and of course your resilience that brought you into the program. This week has been so busy at #DigifyProNG. I can't even remember when we took a break to capture this moment @digifyng. Whoever pulled me aside for the shot, thank you! 😊 I am absolutely proud of the Cohort of 3.0 participants. To be clear, I'm not proud because they are perfect but rather because they all have excellence as their goal and will whatever is beyond excellence. I like how they understand that there is no limit to what is possible and what they can become and as much as I know how I'll continuously nurture that attitude in them. It has only been 2weeks since they started the boot-camp and they've had essential behavioural changes that usually take longer to achieve outside a structured environment like what we create @digifyafrica. Watching the participants grow is what makes every single effort worth it for me. Cheers to you all, cheers to more growth days and cheers to more happy days. This is a public call to all amazing digital agencies and organisations out there who seek for an opportunity to engage one of the graduating participants from the next #DIGIFYPRO cohort to reach out to [email protected] @digifyafrica @digifyng just concluded the #DigifyProNG Cohort 1 program which saw to it that 20 unemployed and ready to grow graduates got an intensive 9-to-5 5-days a week exposure and training on digital marketing soft skills which has prepared them for the high demand digital skill roles that they all have now begun occupying as graduate trainees in some of the top organisations and digital agencies in Nigeria, some of which include @digitxplus @leoburnettlagos @automaticpallet @isobaragency. These crop of talent are easy to work with because they have gone through the esoteric, well-tailored and updated digital marketing and soft skills DigifyPro training curriculum. And this makes it easy for participants to flow smoothly into and grow quickly in the digital job roles they are occupying at agencies. The DigifyPro participants are aware of tools and great resource needed to keep their skill sharp and their work professional, they are ready and willing to learn more and importantly, they have been taught how to deliver. It has been an awesome experience for myself and everyone involved in the program and from the overwhelming feedback we receive on its impact, we can't wait for cohort 2 which is planned to happen soon.
