What did people think of Gennai In Digimon season 1 after Devimon was defeated Gennai appeared and told the Digiestined to come to Server to fight the evil there and tells them to find the tags and crests to help their Digimon digivolve further before disappearing. Later he appears on Server a couple of times barely providing much info before disappearing for a long while each time before finally meeting the Digiestined in person and really giving them the help they needed. I like Gennai a lot but he wasn't a real great mentor before the Digiestined met him for real was he?

As far as Digimon Partners go only Digidestined get them. Gennai isn't a Digidestined or even a true human but if he was what do you think his partner digimon would be? Please stick to season one digimon.
