Lucemon watched his lover scramble around their house, grabbing the things they needed to go out.

The digimon, with how powerful he was, was in a human disguise; still similar to his true form just a lot smaller- still tall by human standards, 6'6- He wore a white turtle neck, black and gold glasses and black jeans with golden seams, as well as a black jacket and white gloves. Lucemon lacked his wings and face markings aside from lipstick and a bit of purple eye shadow. He looked rather human, simple but a bit fancy.

"Are you ready now?" He questioned with a slight smile, amused, and they rushed to his side. Their arm wrapped around his as they nodded.

Finally the two were out of the house and heading towards the sidewalk. No real plans, just out to walk, explore, chat, and most importantly spend time with each other. It was a beautiful day out, the start of Summer. The sky was a bright blue and fresh greens were all around. Simple, but beautiful.

Lucemon looked down at his lover who had started talking about whatever came to mind. He listened, admiring their looks and their voice- That voice was most comforting to him. Times like these were such an odd mix of feelings. Love and bitterness. He loved his partner, he loved their world, and he loved the digital world with all of the digimon. But he still held resentment for whoever created all of this pain and violence—

"Did you ever have a partner? Not like, ya know- Like, a fighting buddy?" His eyes grew wide, snapped out of his thoughts as the question surprised him. All of what he'd been thinking had simply disappeared now. "Oh, ehm, no, I have never."

"Why not?" His lover asked, curiosity glowing in their eyes, making him smile. "It's a long story, my love," he smiled gently down at them. They leaned more into him, "Please tell me? I want to know." They looked up, giving him pleading eyes, getting a small laugh from him. "Well, I suppose I was the top Demon lord, I'd control most of the other lords. Before that, I was the protector of the Digimon...I wanted to protect them all, but bitterness and hatred took over...So much death, pain, and fear...all of that can be fixed in my world. All of it could have changed but no one wanted it to change. So when I wasn't allowed to, I tried forcing it." He paused for a moment, sighing a bit.

"It only created hatred, bitterness and ignorance in me. It made it hard to get close to me, including all of the demon lords. I suppose I still have my walls up, making it difficult to trust someone as much as a partner. I only truly believed in myself and that I didn't need anyone." He had looked forward as he spoke, gaze turning hard and steely for a moment, before looking back at them. He studied their face, their emotions were hard to read aside from sadness and attentiveness.

"Do you think you'll ever have one?" They finally asked, their tone was sweet and caring. The digimon smiled in response, "Someday." He loved the thought of trusting his lover with his life as well as protecting them. His eyes were so loving it made his lover soft. "I do admit, I'm not sure how it happens or works," which was true, but it made his partner grin and laugh a bit.

Their smile got a small grin out of him in response. He kissed their cheek, "I love you," spoken so softly. "I love you too," they chirped as they continued their walk, talking the whole time.

Hmm...Apollomon x Reader headcanons? With an Apollomon, alot closer to how the refrence book describes him? A very prideful mon who takes pride in both his strength and heat, and loves to boast to the Reader, but the Reader is fully aware that if they scratch his head he just plops over like any happy, purring cat.

Apollomon X Reader Headcanons

A Digimon that is known to be prideful, but deep down inside is your giant kitty.

Loves spending time with you, just like cats Apollomon cuddles up next to you when you read or work on something and gently purs.

Apollomon comes running every time he hears you get his food ready, but tries to remain a little calm and thanks you for the meal.

Just like how cats mirror you, Apollomon begins to mirror you like starting to read next to you when you read and sitting the same way he sees you sitting too.

You can ask him about and it'd embarrass him, but deep down he's just a giant kitty who loves you.

Writing prompt dream I had this morning

When you're a little sick today, and you have a digimon dream. That's what happened this morning.

Based with the Digimon Adventure 01/02 group. Looked like they were hanging around to have a meal together or make a meal together? Half were there and other half wasn't there yet.

What I remember: Taichi (Tai), Yamato (Matt), Mimi, and Koshiro (Izzy) were the ones already there, and the other 4 of the first team hadn't arrived yet. We also include another character who may have been included story-wise as another member of the team (OC/Reader).

This is when everyone is either finding out that Yamato and Sora have started dating, or they've been dating for a little while at this point. (OC/Reader) is a little sad but trying to hide it because she also liked Yamato, but she can see that he's happy with Sora and that everyone appears happy that they're together, so she's trying to keep that hidden and get over her feelings in secret. I think maybe Mimi may know about (OC/Reader)'s feelings about Yamato, but since she appears ok with everything, she's not bringing it up or talking to her about it. Plus Mimi is happy Sora is looking happy and in love.

Reader goes off to grab a few more ingredients while the others are talking, and takes time to put herself "back together"/prepare to see her crush with his girlfriend (her 2 friends). She goes back and shortly after the other 4 arrive.

Now, this can lead to stuff like a Taichi/(OC/Reader) pairing later on. It could also (one day in the future) have Yamato and Sora breaking up (mutually or one instigates it) and Yamato later developing feelings for (OC/Reader) and them dating.

What I don't remember: (OC/Reader)'s part in the team, Crest, "role" in the group, partner digimon, etc. That can be up to anyone to decide.

Tossing this on here in case I want to revisit it one day or see if someone else wants to use the prompt. Just credit me for the base idea, please, if you do use it.

Just some random thoughts

My idea:

Imagine being thrown into the your favourite fictional world, there you know the plot and what might happen but you dont wanna do anything or simply want to stay out of the plot as to not influence any future incidents.Well by reading this already you know what may be happening. You get way to deep into the plot, the characters suddenly dont wanna continue their goals without you as they see you part of the team or the reasons as to why they started it in the first place, so you have to go into a mother hen mode and for- I mean help the characters achieve the goals by the plot or otherwise the worlds timeline begins to crumble as you cant guarante now that you are there, that the destination of the plot might be achieved and you being the best kiddy that you are, watched these fictional worlds plot so many times that you know the characters better then they know themselves and help them achieve the neccesary goal, with some stuff in between ;)

💛 He's the one that pursues you first. Once he sees you he absolutely HAS to talk to you (and flirt with you).

💛 He's excited when you agree to go on a date with him. He's very excited when you agree to second, and then a third (he usually doesn't get this far).

💛 Once you two are officially dating he's still a playfully flirt with others but he assures you that it's just how he is and that you're the only one in his life. If it upsets you he'll do his best to stop.

💛 He also becomes clingy. Not smotheringly so but he does want to spend a lot of his time with you.

💛 Super into PDA. Shows the world you two belong together! Likes to hold hands or have you clinging to his arm while you're walking down the street. Loves to give you kisses no matter who is looking. At the cafe he wants you to sit on his lap or to sit in yours and Ryuji will just sigh and shake his head.

💛 He gets excited to introduce you to his Digimon and can't wait to meet yours as well. He loves it if they all get along well.

💛 Really loves to take you on lunch dates to his favorite spots around the city. Most are nice, fancy cafes but he has taken you to a couple little hole in the wall diners that he adores. He's never shown anyone else these places, not even Ryuji and Erika.

💛 Leaves you the sappiest texts. Always texts you good morning and goodnight too.
