Finding good books and reusable vintage-looking items in Trash n’ Treasure will make my happy.
Listen to 80s/90s love songs - mostly those sang by male artists.
Singing, dancing, writing, reading and collecting stuff: my life.
I am into poetry now, though I still read novels.
Little things make me really happy.
In response to number 5, just buying me a box of pizza will make me love you more
Planning to travel to Europe in my 20s + other places
I always have my Koala bear beside me whenever I go to bed
I’m the type of person who wants things in order/ a very organised person (in some ways hehe)
I like giving myself challenges and pushing myself out of my comfort zone
Call me lame but you can creep me out through small scary things even spiders (gosh)
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you live? Why? Anywhere in Europe will always suit me best but for now, Australia’s what I prefer
What is your biggest pet peeve? People who complain about a lot of things and judge other people without scanning themselves.
If you could be anyone in one day, who would you be? I would want to be a woman in a Nicholas Sparks’ novel.
If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be? Lasagna baby <3
What is the one thing you would change in your city and why? Probably add more tourist attractions, stores (especially Starbucks, vintage ones and record stores hehe) and new buildings
What is your favorite book of all time and why? I do have four at the moment: Love and Misadventure by Lang Leav, The Wedding and The Last Song– both written by Nicholas Sparks, and Count Me the Stars by Kylie Johnson
Who has been the most encouraging person in your life and how? When it comes to theatre and performing arts it will always be Lea Salonga. No need for an explanation, everything about her sums it up for me. When it comes to dancing (esp. ballet) Li Cunxin is my motivation as his story is just inspiring as ever! With regards to developing my faith, Nicholas James Vujicic – a very good preacher surviving with no limbs.
Has anyone ever said something to you that you couldn’t forget? What was it? “You write like Shakespeare.” – Ms. Marusic to my descriptive writing in class. I don’t know but it caught me off guard knowing that Shakespeare is a classic and I honestly cannot write like him.
What is something you couldn’t live without and why? My rosary, idk why I just can’t live without it.
If you could stop time at your happiest moment in the past, when would it be? A certain time when I felt complete and contented.
What was your most embarrassing moments? Accomplishing a dare about a strict
teacher in school lol just no
What movie touched your heart the most? August Rush & The Odd Life of Timothy Green – you know, those movies who kinda like touch your heart and you will treasure every little bit forever.
Whenever you are down or you feel sad, what do you do to lift you up? Listen to old love songs, read, drink coffee, blog, workout, drink NutriBullet
What’s your favourite food/s? Mom’s homemade white sauce, lasagne, parmigiana, Italian foods, chicken schnitzel, pizza, bacon
When did you start blogging? April of 2013 J
Who inspired you to start blogging? Genella Villanueva
Do you want to live in other countries? If yes, why? If no, why would you stay here? Yes, America and Europe – sort of a wish to discover places I’ve never been to.
What do you think about love and friendship? I mean how do you look at it? Love and friendship come hand-in-hand actually, but when it comes to choosing between friendship and a romantic relationship, I’ll probably go with friendship not because I don’t want to fall in love but I’d rather choose something I know will be worth it and will stay on forever. Love comes in many forms, and without it friendship will be black and white.
Who inspires you the most? Jesus, how fearless and loving He was, is, and will always be.
What are your outlooks about life? Whatever life gives you, always look at the brighter side. Be a person who looks at a glass half full rather than a glass half empty. Consider opportunities and always take chances. When a door closes, a window opens – you just have to perceive something special out of it. Always smile, and you’ll make many happy.
How do you deal with problems in ilfe? Do you stay optimistic at all times? God is bigger than any problems in life, so just pray and hope for the better. Whenever I have problems, I always take ten deep breaths and focus on finding the solution rather than contemplating on what I’m going through. I am though, not optimistic all the time :)
