So I didn’t post about day 1 of using my dilators, because it was kind of traumatizing. But day 2 was a success, but this is still very scary. Also it was too much to type.

Vaginismus Update:

My thighs are sore but I’ve made so much improvement over the past few days with dilation, I’ve gone up a whole dilator size which is really big for me.

Today my physical therapist told me that she wants me to start using dilators. Can anyone recommend a brand?

I got up to the second dilator last night, it was my first time using it and I was able to get it all in with no pain
