So this is just the Electrics, like as a polycule - I'd have different answers if I start including like Porter and Slick and CB or ships within the electrics. Canon is sort of not super clear on it (especially Wembley edit: you can probably count both as canon, it's just not stated outright) but I think it's clear enough for the top-middle box?

This mostly applies to both OG and Wemb!GreaseDinah. It's cute when they make up at the end but a lot of their in-canon relationship isn't stellar. But I make the Greaseballs mostly good partners in my fic because the Dinahs deserve it dammit!! Also they need to let the lesbians kiss!!!

Rosa Loves… A Night of Amazing Food for a Wonderful Cause.

After my last few posts, you’d probably agree that my love for food is undeniable. I can’t help it. I love food (though I am a terrible cook, true story). My friend Arlita and I feel the same way, so last week we made plans to attend Dine-N-Dash aka José Andrés’ Culinary Tour of Penn Quarter in downtown DC. Dine-N-Dash is one of my favorite foodie events not only because of the amazing food but also because of the organization it benefits: World Central Kitchen. Currently, the focus of WCK is to create jobs and provide training and education to fight hunger and poverty in Haiti; a great cause that makes this event incredibly special.

Arlita and I walked around Penn Quarter visiting the various participating restaurants and enjoyed small bites and cocktails at each place. We started at China Chilcano, José Andrés’ new restaurant that offers Peruvian cuisine infused with Asian flavors. Their popular Aeropuerto egg noodle dish made an appearance in tiny Chinese take-out boxes at the event and it didn’t disappoint. At Oyamel, we got a chance to meet Mexican chef Pati Jinich, where she was helping at one of the serving stations. I am confident to say that the Asado de Bodas taco she prepared for me was one of the best dishes of the night. I must confess that I loved the desserts at Poste so much that I really wanted to go back and have seconds, but we still had a lot of places to go. We sat down for a few minutes at Zaytinya to have a glass of wine in the outdoor area. It was a little hotter than expected, so this break was much needed and gave us the energy to continue. Towards the end of the night, we stopped at Del Campo and then Oya, where I finally put down my camera (I was the food photographer for the night), grabbed a cocktail, stalked the sushi platter, and had a good chat with my friend. It was indeed a fabulous night for such a wonderful organization and cause.
