Warrior, Sequoia & Mosaic hops; brewed in collaboration w/ @thecomusinn 🥪🐻 Chef Sammy D of The Comus Inn recently earned a spot and competed in the sandwich category at the @worldfoodchampionships alongside three other top chefs in Maryland. To celebrate the world class food these four chefs are producing in the state, The Comus Inn is hosting a Dinner of Champions [link in bio] tomorrow night featuring all four chefs presenting Six-Course plated meal. This is a culinary event like no other. The chefs join from: @foxsdengastropub @thelocalharco ...and a private catering chef. We were humbled to be invited to participate by designing and brewing a special beer for the event and we leapt at the opportunity! "Yes, Chef!" West Coast-style IPA (6.8%) features high pine notes from our selection of old school hop favorites. Moderate-to-high bitterness lends an assertive crispness to the palate that is buoyed by malt balance from a small addition of Munich malts. This is a classic American IPA born to pair with hearty, savory, and rich foods.
