SELEUSS, SEATTLE, DECEMBER 9TH, 2019: Introducing our new Single Malt Scotch Whisky Chocolate Collection, made from some of the finest single malts in the world! This set consists of:
1) The Macallan 12 Double Cask, Pot de Ganache: This unique Scotch Whisky ganache is made with MACALLAN 12, local organic cream, and our specially formulated 52%+ fine dark milk chocolate that complements this Double Cask Scotch with hints of honey, wood spices and citrus, balanced with raisins and caramel. Truffle: The MACALLAN 12 Ganache is typically encased in a 52% semisweet chocolate first and then enrobed in our Moretta™ 75%+ dark chocolate. Topped with either chocolate Pailletés Fins or Pépites Cacao Zéphyr Caramel.

2) Glenfiddich 12, Pot de Ganache: This distinctive Scotch Whisky ganache is made with Glenfiddich 12, local organic cream, and our specially formulated 55%+ fine dark milk chocolate that complements this Spanish Oloroso Sherry and American Bourbon casked Scotch, with sweet fruity notes and hints of butterscotch, cream, malt and subtle oak flavors. Truffle: Although typically presented in Petit Pots de Ganache to prevent the angels from taking any more of their fair share, sometimes the ganache is encased in a 52% semisweet chocolate first and then enrobed in our Moretta™ 75%+ dark chocolate. Topped with either chocolate Pailletés Fins, Cocoa Powder or Chocolate Powder.

3) The Balvenie DoubleWood 12, Pot de Ganache: This delicious Scotch Whisky ganache is made with The Balvenie DoubleWood 12, local organic cream, and our specially formulated 52%+ fine dark milk chocolate that complements this Whisky and Sherry Oaked Scotch with hints of nutty sweetness, cinnamon spiciness and a delicately proportioned layer of sherry. Truffle: Although typically presented in Petit Pots de Ganache to prevent the angels from taking any more of their fair share, sometimes the ganache is encased in a 52% semisweet chocolate first and then enrobed in our Moretta™ 75%+ dark chocolate. Topped with either chocolate Pailletés Fins or Organic Coconut Palm Sugar.
