Instructions: Toast the sunflower seeds and put them, along with the basil leaves, garlic, and nutritional yeast, in a food processor. Pulse the ingredients until they are roughly chopped. Slowly add the olive oil and lemon juice to the processor while it's running until the mixture is smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste, and then pulse again to make sure everything is well mixed. Put the pesto in a jar or other container to keep it fresh.
