Adding tuna and Sriracha sauce to your traditional deviled eggs will make them taste even better. These spicy tuna deviled eggs are a great way to serve an appetizer at any event. They take a traditional favorite and make it even better.
Ingredients: 6 hard-boiled eggs. 1 can 5 oz of tuna in water, drained. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha sauce adjust to taste. 1/4 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh chives for garnish.
Instructions: Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks. In a bowl, mash the egg yolks and mix in the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Sriracha sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined. Spoon the tuna and egg yolk mixture into the hollowed-out egg white halves or use a piping bag for a neater presentation. Garnish each deviled egg with fresh chives. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve the spicy tuna deviled eggs as an appetizer or party snack.
