From Ebon Ward: polymorphing-magic-person Dia Diadem as a dire tiger, now in full colour!
Commissions done for @catatonic-ramblings of her DnD character Dread Pirate Scott!
I had a l o t of fun with these. I’ve never tried to draw a tiger before, so the studies that I had to do for this one was super fun!
Thank you so much for commissioning me dude!
Look, sometimes you have to just admit when something's a bad idea. Especially when it's messing with forces beyond anything you previously thought possible. Inktober - October 16-19 - Tiger Vs. Rat
Ebon Ward fanart!
Polymorphing-magic-person Dia Diadem, being a dire tiger for a while.
Episodes 1 to 19 of Ebon Ward on twitch.tv/surpriseroundrpg (Formerly twitch . tv / warpedlamp)
Designed by Reynard the Thassilonian Reaver was constructed using the ovum harvested from a dire tiger, with material from a Ugothol (known widely as 'faceless stalkers',) and an Akata. The reaver's primary method of reproduction is the tail-blade, when it strikes it implants a spore.
The spore is a haploid macro-cell that implants into the host. The cell is an endoparasite that feeds on both the host's nutrients and their DNA. Incorporating any survival adaptations into the growing embryo. The host DNA forms the pairing required to produce the diploid cells.
When the embryo has grown large enough they cub uses the dorsal crest on the head and tail blade to cut itself free of the host. They will then begin hunting for prey.
Pathfinder's Note: The sexually mature reaver can reproduce in the traditional way intraspecies if no suitable host is in the colony's range. Because that psycho-wizard had to make them even more prolific apparently.
Sometimes it's important to stop and rest, even while on an adventure. Extra points for coolness if your travel companion looks like a dire tiger. Traditional commission for RodonEndwell!
