Oscillations Label Launch at IKLECTIK

I was asked by John Richards of Dirty Electronics to join his performance. It was a great event and our collaboration was of absurd noise, deep bass and short-wave radio. I don’t remember much of our performance, aside from waking up post event in Loughborough...long story.

23/1013 - MTI concert piece devised by JR for Dirty Electronics ‘Freeze’, for multiple Mute Synths explores sequencer/clock jamming: performers throw a ‘spanner in the works’ to manually/womanually control the Synth through intermittently freezing the sequencer. The pitches of the Synth are set to their extreme range - off the scale. The result is an unpredictable sequences of events that unfold in slow motion... Watch out for Mute Synth II coming real soon.
