Honestly one of my biggest laments about becoming a wheelchair user is the fact that capes, awesome long coats, and funky sleeves longer than my elbows really just aren't compatible with my manual chair.
The frigid temps where I live have been absolutely murdering my ability to stay alive, I feel so bad because we have the thermostat set to 68, but I feel like an icy wind is blowing through the whole house and all of my joints feel like they're made of ice cubes. I'm dressed and under multiple blankets and I still feel like I'm never going to get warm.
