MyChart implemented a "virtual assistant" chatbot for about a year which forced you to talk to it in order to just send a message to a doctor (how can i help you today, MESSAGE, i see you want to send a message to a doctor, is it about any of these topics [pretends to type like a human for 30 seconds], MESSAGE, i see you want to send a message to a doctor, can i help you compose that message, HUMAN, i see you w-), adding like five minutes of bullshit to a process that used to, you know, work, and i notice this "virtual assistant" (Grace) is now CONSPICUOUSLY ABSENT following yet another user satisfaction survey where I tore them a new asshole about how useless it was. Either they switched it off specifically for my account due to complaints or they got such bad feedback about it from everyone that it's just gone now.

When will MyChart will sync up every account you have all together in one place 😔 I would love to see all of my information in one place nicely organized and together

Has anyone on their team ever thought about patients who attend different hospitals but each one works together in some way :’)
