Let’s all make a list of our favorite shows to watch during the writers strike. We can enjoy their existing work while they fight for the compensation they deserve.

I’ll start -

Queer As Folk - Literally part of my soul.

The Good Place - Disco Janet is my secret identity.

Six Feet Under - Existentialism, the TV Show.

Flight of the Conchords - lives in my head rent free

My So-Called Life - Generation Catalano

Best political shows

West Wing - USA - our liberal AU fan fiction

Veep - almost certainly based on eavesdropping in bars in DuPont Circle.

Alpha House - a lot like Veep, shows the absurdity of a lot of politics.

What We Do In The Shadows - Vampires in Staten Island

Reservation Dogs - this show is hilarious and very accurate

Euphoria - May they all end up oh a little farm like little house on the prairie.

A good finale makes you feel sad once it’s over. A perfect finale makes you feel whole, complete, and at peace once it’s over. 

That’s why the Good Place will always be the best show ever for me. There were parts when I got a little teary, but I didn’t cry when it was over. Every moment was perfect,  and when it ended, I just felt whole. I didn’t feel like I was losing a show, I felt like... when you think a jalepeno popper is going to be too hot, but you bite into it and find that it’s actually the perfect temperature.
