Discord has improved embeds for Tumblr Posts 🎉

When linking a Tumblr Post in Discord chats, Discord now supports: - The post's original formatting (for bold/italics/etc) - The post's tags - Up to four of the post's images/gifs, if the post has multiple images/gifs

This is a big improvement over before; where only 1 image/gif would be included, etc.

Some examples of these improved Tumblr embeds in Discord are screenshotted below:

A quick note: these improved Tumblr x Discord embeds do not apply to links to Tumblr Community posts. Only to standard Tumblr posts. It is unknown if Discord will expand these improved embeds to Tumblr Community Posts or not.
