Yeah, at first I thought they meant Frisk's skintone, but if it was about the previous ask with Flowey, it's not even an excuse? I literally chose to use his UT sprite before he took the six souls deliberately and the choice not to use that sprite because the flashbacks are new constructs is literally what we're going for and not an excuse. Either way, it's rude as hell and rather presumptuous to boot.

YEP, it makes my skin crawl especially the points insinuating Dream not punishing Tommy or his allies after Tommy ran away from exile makes him a 'good guy' or 'morally grey' like????????????? Also he literally blew-up his home a few days later after getting the discs so... God I hate they way they twist every single point on that post to erase the deeper context behind those actions to frame c!Dream as some misunderstood good guy. It comes off as borderline victim-blaming those who 'should've just followed his simple rules' or trying to blame others for actions c!Dream did completely out of his own free-will. Basic human decency doesn't make a character morally grey especially if that character is actively also doing crimes and moral atrocities.

Also their fucking last point: 'Would you like a list of things done against him that drove him to his actions as well?'

LMAO, way to deflect blame and agency over his actions by trying to pin the blame on someone else. 'He only did those awful things because of the stuff he went through' First of all that alone doesn't make a character morally grey it makes them a sympathetic villain as best if it's true... which it isn't in seasons 1 and 2 c!Dream's case, what awful stuff did seasons 1 and 2 c!Dream go through????????? I just don't get c!Dream fans who try to act like he's secretly some good guy, the point of the character is that he is a villain! How can you claim to be a fan of this character and try to twist him into something he isn't?!

are yall also seeing lots of transmeds/truscum are actually pretty openly nonbinary and/or non-dysphoric in denial? like half the truscum i interact with are openly saying they are yelling at trans people because they hate that they can’t transition (especially younger ones) or i will meet trans people who admit to having been a truscum to cope with their identity.

and i honestly feel really bad for them but at the same time fighting your community isnt going to help anything. i do truly hope they can learn to love themselves, and let this serve as a reminder that your identity is valid no matter what, and it is okay for your identity to change or realise you arent trans or are a binary trans person or anything. im here if yall need to talk this out with someone

I understand people might choose to keep on reading Harry Potter.

I understand that they will do so while trying to be critical of the text and of Rowling Herself.

I understand that Rowling’s shitty views doesn’t mean people can’t find value in her work the same way there are people who find value in Lovecraft’s work at the same time they are the first ones to be critical of how racist the work is.

Starting Today I am taking Harry Potter off my shelf.

I had already taken most of them off, but kept a couple of hardcover special editions that were gifts. But I do no longer wish for them to be there.

I can’t donate nor sell them, because they were gifts from my family and I don’t want to explain why I am getting rid of them. so I will keep them stored until I can get rid of them.

The rest I am getting rid of.
