The talks will also concern Ukraine’s energy sector and “holding Russia accountable for its war crimes,” Kallas said on X.

The visit comes as Russia has escalated attacks against Ukraine’s energy grid as winter draws near. A combined missile and drone strike on Oct. 10 caused widespread outages in Kyiv and across Ukrainian regions.

Random thoughts/open discussions: Mythos/Fantasy Humans vs Evolutionary/Normal Humans

Is it just me or does anyone else find it weird that Humans in a fantasy setting, or created by fantastical means, are vastly different form the Normal humans that have existed here? Like I know it's fantasy and the humans are surrpose to a reflection of that but it's been pretty jarring after looking through different forms. Do others find this to be weird or am I just going crazy.

So nº1: Semmelweis

Indeed a tragedy. Indeed he was right. Indeed He was ignore moked and riducled by the scientific comunity. Nobody exctly knows why they decided not to believe him, coude be jelousy, pride, or the fact that microorganisms as cause of illness wasn’t something concibable yet. You try to draw a paralelism between Semmelweis plight and yours, but aside from the outline... not much to compare.

Semmelweis was moked for trying to defend his theory (a theory that was correct, even if the reasons Semmelweis was giving were wrong), you people are just yelling and yelling that the show has horrible mistakes and that the writers or RT in general are incompetent/bad people for not doing it good (while good being something that is very very near you perception of how you want the show to be).

Nº 2 Blake’s scar

That’s simple. At any moment we are indicated that Blake has run out of aura (we have that fading glow that indicates it). Adam mentions that he wants to destoy everythin Blake loves starting with Yang, the stab in Blakes belly was probably a way to get Yang’s attention, given that he had heard how she was calling for Blake. Ha didn’t need to use his pecial atka that can depleat someones aura in one attak because he only needed her to scream. So while the attack hurt (because aura protects against the injury not the pain), it didn’t leave any mark, or if it did it happened the same that with Jaune: she had enough aura to heal the injury.
