I really really try to avoid politics on this blog but here are my two head-explosions for this morning:

An unarmed Black man, a therapist trying to help another person, was pretty much lying on his back with his arms in the air, and was clearly empty-handed, and a cop shot him anyway. (Florida.) Thankfully he’s alive.

Republicans chanting for Hillary Clinton to be “locked up.” (One douchebag even suggested she be put before  a firing squad.) Seriously, think about this for a minute. A political party holding a convention in a so-called democracy, calling for the death and imprisonment of the other party’s candidate. This is sick and dangerous, and there is plenty of historical precedent to prove how sick and dangerous it really is.
