About #MusicProducer group posts that tend to promote a segregated and outdated way the process USED to work. No one guy we’ve never heard of has all of the answers! 🤷🏾‍♀️ What works for one may not be applied to the next. What I will do is be the #Dismantler of the #patriarchy as it involves me within Music Producer areas. Fcuk your boys clubs, groups and any outsider conversations that are setup that do not include the full voice/perspective! #inclusion in these spaces is not essential to me yet What is necessary are that opportunities are provided equally across the board and this is an issue. BIPOC Music Producers that are women are even more marginalized as white women have proceeded to place themselves in a similar seat as white men therefore being on the forefront of these said opportunities.
