Stupid Disney-verse theory

Caution: I’m bored and I think a lot please don’t pay any attention to me

I have a big fan theory-ish about the Disney-verse. what if people aged differently? Like I started thinking when the new big hero 6 short “baymax” came out. Now what I means is what if people in the Disney-verse aged every few years instead of year. For example Big hero 6 came out in 2014 which was 9 years ago and for the big hero 6 tv series which (aired in 2017 -  2021) Hiro and his friends haven’t aged all that much so what I’m trying to say is people age in different time spans like Hiro was 14-15 in 2014 and he still is now so what if some people age quicker and others age slower?
