i'm thinkin' about her dispatch verse... kinda melding it with her marvel story:

worked with jane and met a Hero like thor or whatever

eventually gets involved with sdn, early shoo in for it given her connections to well known heroes and shit, but has no known powers so she is brought on for... pr heavy admin work

bear powers become a thing. possible she struggles staying OUT of the bear form at times. is recruited to maybe work at sdn on a team at this point but at the location where no one really knows her except like.. upper admin?

idk ill think more on this later. POSSIBLE THAT... she wrote something awful on her freelance blog or whatever that got her in trouble with sdn and she was shoved off to a shitty branch in return and then her powers started acting up?
