DissoHyperacusis, a dissocongi(link) subterm connected to thinking one has Hyperacusis and makes the person, whether it be because of delusional or IRL attachments, being an alter that condition differs from the body, psychosis, etc., feel disconnected from their external conditions. This is not for "fun" or voluntary "I wanna have this", this also doesn't override the external condition the person has. This term is not for "transitioning" if it ends up harming others or you and is not radqueer or transid friendly and not comparable to transgender.
