hope this isn't a bothersome message or doesn't seem pushy, but i was curious as to how long you plan for your commissions to be closed? will it be for a few more months or can we look for them to be open in the near future? your art is absolutely beautiful btw!!!

Unfortunately I’m very busy and I can’t see myself opening up commissions until after next year. Too much stuff going on. All the artwork I do now is cathartic; I don’t want to deal with the stress of commissions until everything settles down a bit. 

When I do open up commissions, I will make a post about it.

// idk how unpopular this is, but it really grinds me gears when people complain about “white-washing” on Steven Universe, because in my OPINION, that’s bullshit. BLUE Diamond was not white-washed, nor was Lapis, and if I see one more post complaining about how Sadie was "too pale” or “literally the color of an egg”, I’m going to actually reply to it and apologize for being too white for logic irl, and apologize on behalf of some of my friends too. Not every white person is a beautiful nice perfect tan, you know. Some people ARE that white, and not all of them are proud of it. Fuck off.

there’s a .  .  . certain SOFTNESS in her voice; deep concern for the youngest diamond. was she ready ? her FIRST colonization.  .  . oh how she GREW UP so fast-----even though that’s not possible for gemkind.

SHE’D BE THERE to send troops, research, ANYTHING to assist the lovely gem in this ! she loved her, deeply--( as she did with all the other diamonds ! )--BUT WANTED to keep her safe. this .  .  . this particular one was DIFFICULT. Pink diamond had LOVE flowing through her body, & it was VISIBLE in everything she did.
