Sometimes I really want to read a short summary of what to expect from a game with a very particular description that CATER to my OWN SPECIFIC interests, so here we go.

what to expect from THE DIVINE SPEAKER
Fully voiced BL visual novel. Every character (even secondary ones) is voiced
The gameplay consists on text or dialogue choices which can determine different routes or endings
Very romance focused but also a lot of plot that carries the story
The romance route also determine a lot of the scenes in the third half of the game
You play as Raen, a young man who is exiled by the city he thought the whole world. Marked with some mysterious writings on his arm, Raen decides to find out what the script says and why him and the rest of the citizens were lied about the city being the only one in the whole world
Through the journey you will encounter three main companion: Fawn, Leos and Cyne. These are also the three romancable characters, all male characters (only queer m/m romance)
The game is nsfw, there are a lot of explicit scenes and quite graphic too (and voiced)
There are also other side romances (all m/m), with their own scenes and plots, and the game sometimes pause Raen's story to tell theirs
I actually had some problems with the pacing and the way Raen was sidelined in some of the routes
Through the game, Raen will travel with his companions, and there are a few ways to get a bad ending here and there
Otherwise, the game has three main routes depending on who you romance, each with a good and bad ending
Each route will uncover different elements of the plot, also you will uncover Leos, Cyne or Fawn's full past/story only in their routes
Some trigger warnings for child abuse, neglect of a child, general death and well, basically mass murder
In Leos' route you will also find some more information about Raen's past and another character's past
In Fawn's route I did not find much extra information that was not available in other routes
In Cyne's route you will find a bit more about the villain
There is also an extra sequel game, but just for Leos' route
The structure of the games could be defined as:
First part, introducing the world, Raen, meeting Leos and Fawn, start of the quest;
Investigation and mysterious deaths;
Some found family moments between the four characters;
Searching for answers + the romance interest's path starts to diverge (similar structures with minor differences for Leos and Fawn, different structure for Cyne)
Finding the actual answers
Final confrontation
Good ending (different paths to get to the same ending. The bad ending are a bit shorter)
plot? You play as Raen, a young man who is exiled from his city and finds out for the first time that everything he believed was a lie and that there is a world outside the forest. He also finds some strange markings on his arm and decides to investigate their origins, collecting three companions along the way (all romancable). gameplay? visual novel, choices characters? Raen, the three love interests (Cyne, Leos and Fawn) are the main characters. There are also other two very prominent characters through the game, and a few others in the last part of the game. gain the trust of sadness level? low
