I'm too excited I have to talk about it

I've probably mentioned this before but

I'm working on a fictional Minecraft smp called Divinity MC. So it's full of ocs and I'll be writing about it.

The gimmick of the server is that everyone chooses something to be the god of and that allows them infinite access and control of said thing. Haven't fully figured out the mechanics of it and it's subject to change.

But, using their powers everyone has to recreate the Overworld. Speaking of which, the Nether, Overworld, and End don't exist. There is only Ether and Fusion. Isn't that odd? Anyway

It's far from fully developed but I have some basic ideas and a pretty solid idea for a story I think I just have to finish outlining it and fleshing out the characters more

Rudy-A Black girl. Protag of my minecraft webseries, Fear & Fawn. Ngl I am winging her characterization

(Rest of these guys are characters for a wip fictional mc server called Divinity MC)

LuLuPine-A thin Black coded woman. Gives off an aura of confidence... And insanity. To paraphrase a tweet: creates insane plans that produce undeniable results. Close with Silver, Never, and Astron. Who needs a permit office when LuLu exists?

Silverbird: A bird hybrid woman but have yet to decide how far on the spectrum between bird and human she appears. Genuine question, is it plagirism if she's named after a song? Anyway, she'll squeeze happiness out of the world like an anaconda. Close with LuLu, Queen, and Z

DragonQueen: A muscular Black coded woman. Also named after a song. She shows very little emotion and is probably the most sensible and responsible person on the server... Probably. Silver certaintly trusts her to baby sit crowds of npcs in Fusion for her. Will also take ones life in a heartbeat if you fuck with her dragons. Close with Silver and Lunar

SpiralZ: A skinny Black coded Breeze hybrid enby. Curiosity incarnate. Always looking for something to ponder. Considers themself the best. At everything. Close with Silver but would never admit it

Astronishing: A buff polynesian coded pegasus hybrid man. Incredibly tired and grumpy but always offering a safe place to hide or sleep in. Close with Lulu, Never, Terra, and Ray

RayXSolar: A polynesian coded pegasus hybrid woman. Very friendly and cheerful and constantly pushing for everyone on the server to get along. Always working on something. Has become the unofficial leader. Close with Astron

Neverglow: A fox hybrid woman with black hair with dyed orange tips. Dresses in black and orange gothic style clothing. Very shy. Her actions speak for her. Very mischievous. A redstone expert. Close with LuLu and Astron

TerraB1TERubies: Youngest member. Mildly chubby Unicorn hybrid man. Dresses in white and pink with rose designs and sparkles. Knows a lot about how worlds work. Short tempered and arrogant but far from cruel. Close with Astron

Lunarfalls: A fat Black coded wolf hybrid. Friends with Queen

I remembered that I needed to come up with an original/"real name" for Rin cause in my Minecraft worldbuilding names have power. Rin isn't her real name.

I'm thinking about having her original last name (if I decide her culture had last names or anything like that) be Bailey cause she came from The Nether. I was thinking demon names and went Byleth -> Bailey.

Then I remembered the Half-Life comparisons Floof kept making years ago when I first created her for the Hidden Lake rp lmao.

Thinking about leaning into it and settling on Adrian Bailey as Rin's original name. Or some veriation of it. Adrian would explain where Rin came from in-universe.

(Out of universe... Will become clear eventually I think. Hint: It's kind of a pun.)

(Btw My first thought was Byleth prob cause Fire Emblem. And a demon Shane Madej fic series I read ages ago)

Silly Divinity MC stuff I made to help me with characters creation. Thought I'd share as like a sneak peak of what I've been working on.

Also just to explain

Divinity MC = name of the server. Cause am thinking of maybe writing short stories that take place in the server but aren't part of one single big narrative. But are like a fun bonus that maybe add extra context that isn't super important. The equivalent of the first half of Hermitcraft s8 or Empires season 1.

And The Universe Fell Silent = The main story I'm working on that takes place in Divinity MC. The equivalent of the Xornoth and Moon Big arcs.

I wish I had the skill to make an opening or some kind of animation or maybe even just regular mc vid for Divinity MC + And The Universe Fell Silent with the song The Coast by Phil Lober.

"It's a changing place and a changing world. But a world that I'm ready to get used to." And "With your hands in the air, are ya gonna tell me you don't care? With your eyes to the skies above the skies, are ya gonna tell me you can't die?" Fit perfectly with the story I'm planning to tell.

I don't know much about Control but almost the entirety of Slide Into The Void by Stupendium also fits really well.
