The Dixie Kong - A Donkey Kong Inspired Cocktail

Dixie Kong is an under appreciated character would have loved to see her in Smash Bros. But she’s a giant Monkey, so here is a Pineapple banana Daquiri.

1.5 oz Aged Rum 0.5 oz Banana Liqueur 1 oz Pineapple Juice 0.5 oz Simple Syrup juice of half a lime Garnish: Banana Wheel Pour all ingredients into a mixing tin with ice, shake well for 20 seconds pour and strain into a small cocktail glass or champagne coupe. garnish and enjoy!

Dixie Kong. One of the main protagonists in the Donkey Kong Country series. Dixie is a hip looking monkey capable of gliding by spinning her hair like a helicopter. she also plays a mean guitar. It was rumored for quite a while that she would be joining smash as a joint character with Diddy, similar to how the Ice Climbers work, sadly this is still not the case (although I'd prefer her to be a separate character) I really like Dixie, she's really fun to play as in her games (she's absolutely OP in DKC Tropical Freeze tho haha, no point in using the other guys when you compare them to her) and I do think she'd be a fun character to join the roster, but I'm not holding my breath too much for her. This was a commission for one of the giveaway winners @birdwithapen , congratulations I hope you like it buddy!
