tbh any kind of sound ? like usually i’ll set up a playlist of jenna marbles videos to listen to until i fall asleep but sometimes its just the song of the week on repeat which is why nobody by mitski went to number one on my most played playlist in 2 weeks and then other times its a mixture of sounds on the relax melodies app. i also always have an oscillating fan blowing when i sleep and that helps too, esp if i dont play anything the gentle hum just does the trick :)

What’s your favourite song(s) to sing/hum? Anything I listen to I’ll hum to (or butcher it by singing along), but I’d say right now mostly 1D/OT4 songs and the new album of George Ezra.
What’s your favourite flower/tree/plant? Forget-me-nots and violets are always really calming. However, there is something about big trees (like an oak) that make me feel incredibly calm and small, which I love.
Favourite colours? Light blue and sunset orange.
What do you always doodle? I wish I could draw well enough to doodle, but usually I love to try caligraphy a bit or just your standard house, tree, hearts etc.
How do you take your coffee/tea? I take my tea black (although I have been adding a dash of milk lately) and my coffee with a little milk.
Favourite candle scent? Something fresh during summer/spring like flowers and grass (but actual grass/flower scents etc, not those artificial horrible smells) and during winter-y evenings I love something warm like vanilla.
Sunrise or sunset? There is something extremely special and magical about sunrises, so probably that one. (However, I can’t choose really because sunsets I hold close to my heart.)
What perfume do you wear? Bruno Banani Women and La Prairie Midnight Rain.
Favourite quote? ‘There are cracks in every wall, but that is how the light shines in.’ - My incredibly wise mother.
Favourite self care routine(s)? I don’t really do self care all too well (it is bad, I know). But my hypothetical routine would be to light a few candles, have a nice bubble bath and a face mask.
Fuzzy socks or house slippers? Slippers in the morning, fuzzy socks at night.
What colour are your eyes? Blue.
What’s your favourite eye colour on others? Probably green or hazel.
Favourite season? Why? Spring, I love the fresh air, where it is not too cold and not too hot. That nice spring sun with rain in the evenings.
Cheek, neck, or nose kisses? Can’t say I had neck or nose kisses, but nose kisses sound like you have a very tight bond with that person, so I’ll go with that one.
What does your happy place look like? A library in a forest. (Interesting combination, I know.)
Favourite breed of dog? Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever (Tollers), they are f-ing cute.
Do you ever want to be married? if so, what colours would you pick for your wedding theme? Probably; most likely something light, so white, light green or blue? I’m not too sure.
Cursive or print? Cursive.
Favourite weather? When the air is crisp in the morning, but warms up to a lovely 20 degrees C and the sun is out, slight breeze, perfect.
