Aromanticism refers to those who experience little to no romantic attraction. This is not the same as being asexual, which is described as a lack of sexual attraction. Aromanticism may include attraction that is not necessarily romantic. Aromantics may also experience sexual attraction, or they may not. If one experiences little to no romantic and sexual attraction, then they may consider themselves aroace.
The first version of the aromantic flag featured green, yellow, orange, and black, created by an unknown creator. The aromantic flag was then redesigned by Cameron Whimsy in 2014. The flag features dark green representing aromanticism, light green for the aromantic spectrum, white for platonic or aesthetic attraction, grey for grey-romantic or demiromantic people, and black for the sexuality spectrum.
