Here I go making myself sad with my own stories and characters again.
This is Alden, Miel's foster father. He took Miel in when Miel lost his mother. He also was the one who taught magic to Miel. In the first pic Alden is the age when he took Miel in and in the second one he is the age Miel last saw him.
The thing making me sad is that Miel has taken so many of Alden's features. (Miel is a changeling and has decided how he looks). The second thing making me sad is that I KILLED THIS OLD MAN AND MIEL DOES NOT EVEN KNOW IT YET
Hi, I’m a dnd nerd, have a pic of Morwel, queen of the eladrin
When @inthesoupbowl made Kobal years back, Genasi weren't a playable race and the information on them was scattered, so some of this lore is goes against bits of DnD and Pathfinder canon, as it didn't exist at the time and we (well, mostly soup) had to go in and make it all up. I wanted to make a sheet for them to keep all of our different game's lore together (for players and DMs bc we keep expanding the universe lmao) and for others if they wanted, so feel free to use! I have some extra info for those super curious or want to use this in their own games below:
Szarr Family: The Public Face
From Descent into Avernus, p. 196
Raises some interesting points regarding both Cazador and Amanita. The city must have viewed Cazador as one of the last (if not the last) of the old Tumbledown family. I've always had the impression Amanita's family was from relatively far from Baldur's Gate, and this sort of seems like it might support that as well.
Baldur's Gate's patriar families c. 1490s. (Descent into Avernus module)
