Next major country in my D&D setting is the Livros Dynasty, a land of lakes, scales and dragons. Most of the inhabitants of the region are dragonborn, who come in many different varieties and colours.
A handful of squabbling cunning dragons rule the roost, and dictate their commands to the various noble clan heads and leaders. They in turn, use a number of spies, assassins, guards and mages to enforce their will, and a vast echelon of workers, peasants and serfs form the majority of the nation.
Some do leave, either for wanderlust, escape, or as exiles for some dishonour, and they tend to settle in remote areas in small bunches of rag-tag dragonborn.
Small D&D art dump of a couple NPCs and one of the PCs in my campaign. #dungeonsanddragons #dnd #artdump #artwork #playercharacter #dndnpcs https://www.instagram.com/p/B6hF3Uph9xB/?igshid=1y5bxcun9bhh

Two pages of npc headshots for my upcoming dnd campaign. Planning it to be a sailing adventure, race around the world stuff, but trying to steer away from just pirate stereotypes, go for lots of cultures and races instead.
An Aasimar npc from me and my friend's dnd campaign. His name is Ace and he is very glowy and also terrifying.
