“do it afraid” right. well i have been doing that, for like, years and years that i’ve had anxiety disorders. because i had to. but the point is: -

shouldn’t have to.

just because can do it aftaid, doesn’t mean that can actually do it.

it’s about the energy taken. it’s about the physical and mental limits.

fear isn’t just an uncomfortable thing to move past. how am i supposed to ‘do it afraid’ when my body physically runs out the room, when my hands and head trembling, when my legs collapsing because anxiety makes them weak, when my throat closes up and my mouth won’t open and i can’t make noise.

this “do it afraid” is great testament to the struggles of people with anxiety disorders, but like it isn’t exactly advice. we’ve been dealing with this shit for a long time.

point is: when i say i can’t do something, believe me.

i know when i can do it and be very very scared and frozen, versus when am at physical and mental limits from the anxiety.

you do not get to decide that for others. 🌹🌹

Indecisiveness

I recently finished a booked by Joyce Meyer called DO IT AFRAID. I've always loved Joyce Meyer's books but this hits different. For a person who has been dealing with anxiety, the book has reminded me of what God is capable of doing: getting us through our difficult season.

There's a part of the book that I particularly love, it was when she mentioned that being indecisive is a SIN. It hit so hard because, I am a very Indecisive person. I change my plans consistently, I won't push through unless I'm 100% sure that it will go perfectly as I planned. If I have a month to plan for it, I'll definitely maximize that month just to make sure that all goes well. This is because I'm afraid. I'm afraid to fail, I'm afraid to waste the money I worked hard for, I'm afraid to disappoint people around me if something goes wrong. And if we are all being honest, we are all afraid to fail.

Being Indecisive is a sin because it means that we don't trust God enough to deliver us. We allow the devil to have his time to play around us and waste our time and opportunity. The devil fills our minds with "what ifs" to keep us from trusting God's plans for our lives.

In the book, Joyce Meyer mentioned that in life we really do fail. Everyone, even the richest and smartest people, has experienced failure. It maybe scary but failure is also a way to success. It help us grow and it teaches the best lessons in life. When our plans don't work out, it means that God has something better in store for us.

We need to remind ourselves of who God is and what He is capable of doing. We should remember the miracles He has already performed in our lives. If we truly trust God, surrendering our decisions to Him means allowing Him to take control, regardless of the outcome. When we're on God's side, we're already on the winning side. So whatever decision you're struggling with right now, surrender it to God because it's in His hands.

Stop Waiting For Permission

Why are you moving like you need permission to have what you want and be who you want? Stop that shit. Honestly.

Whatever you desire is already yours. The only person coming up to speed to this realization is YOU. The only person delaying your experience of what you've already manifested is YOU. Why? Because you're fucking waiting for permission. You're waiting for external validation. You're not honoring yourself. You're not seeing yourself as the God/Goddess that you are.

Ask yourself, "if I had what I wanted, would I be feeling this way or acting this way?"

A B S O L U T E L Y NOT! You know this is true because you've found this post and you're reading it.

So what you failed. So what you made a mistake. So what you have fears and doubts. You can still get what you want. These experiences are not mutually exclusive. Honoring yourself is holding yourself with respect. Move knowing that you are POWERFUL.

Shut up and show up. No more excuses today. Trust that you showing up in your fullest capacity is all that is needed for things to shift greatly in your life. The Universe is always responding to who you believe yourself to be. So like I said, STOP WAITING FOR PERMISSION.

Assume that whatever you want is already yours (because it is) and get to fucking work.
