In the spirit of bilateral beneficial sharing practices, @arpecofficial 's @sep_with_arpec_ 's SEP Talks Event took place. I was honoured by an invitation to speak about @ipsforg 's Student Exchange Programme, as a past Chairperson of Student Exchange and also officer of ARPEC, Algeria.
