Chalcedony: How do they consider their allies in regards to themself? Do they reach out to them, or do they typically keep to themself?
Hm... So I was going to say "you think this rotten old man has allies?", but then I remembered I guess there have to be some tentative alliances with the fixers who supply him with his surgical "clients", and the labs who supply his perfluorocarbon and the like.
So with that in mind
He probably has a continuous subscription style supply for his perfluorocarbon and liquid nutrients, and makes pretty formal and not usually in person requests for other supplies and tools.
He begrudgingly keeps a... not friendly but non hostile acquaintanceship with the fixers and local organized crime to keep a flow of clients.
And once the "job" is done he doesn't want anything to do with past patients. Basic pamphlet of care instructions, the rest is in your hands, don't contact me.
Kyanite: What is their temper like?
As mentioned before he has a pretty nasty temper, both having little patience and often being #pre annoyed, but despite the power in his augmented body to do some real damage he spent so much of his life so frail and sick the self preservation instinct to avoid conflict and flee almost exclusively wins out.
Tiger’s Eye: Are they self-confident or wracked with doubt?
He both presents and likes to think of himself as unflinchingly confident, but the wavering doubt is pretty apparent. I wouldn't say fully "wracked with doubt", but he's always waiting for the other shoe to drop, leading to him second guessing decisions and what butterfly effect they could lash back.

Overcast stormy beaches, old lighthouses, pigeons, wet specimens, diaphanization, yellowed paper on books with cracking covers

He has a nasty temper, but it's more than made up for by cowardice. The only trolls who might have to worry about him are midbloods. Any chance of psionics, or highblood strength? He'll skulk away before he gets the chance to find out.
💞 - Do they fall in love easily?
Ha, no. He's too busy being the crazy old pigeon man in the not so abandoned lighthouse, and preforming unethical experiments or unlicensed surgery.

Well... limbs and eyes are... a dime a dozen...
I suppose spinal grafts... for increased reaction time are... "interesting"...
An odd one was... replacing the lungs and trachea... of a troll who worked in hazardous... air quality...
They still had to go to someone... more specialized... to have their sinuses addressed...
I don't tend to... follow up with my patients... given my typical clientele... so I have no idea how all that... worked out...
OC Fact: Cacoph can't grow decent facial hair. It's always patchy and looks terrible
OC Fact: Reimor had electrolysis before having his respirator installed so he wouldn't have to periodically remove the mask to shave/any other form of repeated hair removal
