I gave the ol’ Dock Den a makeover for my save. After Joaquin moved out and Siobhan left, Sergio Romeo’s about as single as you can get. It was my first time decorating a more masculine(?) interior and I hope I did good with it. Also redid the roofing as best as I could cos the original didn’t look very... bachelor pad-y to me if that makes sense. No idea what to do with the landscaping for now tho.

Turned Joaquin’s old room into a gym/office/indoor hangout area for Sergio and his homies. He’s a bit of a lady’s man hence the cozy minibar and the outdoor party area.

New and improved (?) Bro Flat. Didn't touch the gardens, as they were much better than what I could do - or the bones of the house much. Mainly I just made it look a little more modern with a slight sustainability angle - because that's cool now, okay?

Currently working on the Bro Flat (aka Dock Den). While not without its challenges, so far it's been a cakewalk after the Villareal mansion.

Also for a pack designed for social outings and having little in the way of home build&buy, so far all the GET TOGETHER residentials... f*ck? Like this garden and outdoor area - amazing! I'll probably add more things to the backyard simply because I can but I doubt that I'll even touch the gardens, and not just because I have no skill whatsoever in that way.

Finally why is it that Joaquin feels basically unproblematic to me, but Sergio has always seemed a little skeevy? Idek lol. I wondered if he reminds me of someone I knew but I've come up with nothing.
