almost 14 weeks old and jumping off the ramp!
dock diving pics came back too! we tried it on a whim and he didn’t dive but he has the drive to! and i got the cutest video of him going off the ramp.
Ollie got his second dock lesson today.
He's still not ready to jump off of the dock, BUT he decided he could jump off of the bottom step, and he got a lot of practice swimming laps with me. He's actually a much faster swimmer than I thought (it's those webbed toes), so if we can finally nail the jumping part, we may have a nice hydro dash dog on our hands.
The boy rocked it this weekend! Got a personal best of 16ft off the dock and got his FCAT title. So, so proud of him, and the underwater treadmill and overall fitness training paid off!

My name is Zoë (she/her) and I'm the proud owner of two German Shepherds.
Ziva is my oldest. She's a byb saddleback GSD and is fiercely protective of her personal bubble. She currently does AKC scent work, trick routines, and goes on lots of outdoor adventures. Though she used to be an assistance dog, one-too-many dog attacks and her progression into old age led to her retirement at 8 years old. You'll often see her pictured wearing fun muzzles!
Zadie is my youngest. She's a well-bred working line sable GSD and is a bit of a menace (said with love). She's my do-it-all dog; so far, we've done agility, disc, weight pull, herding, working detection (bedbugs), conformation, fastCAT, and dock diving. We are also a working assistance dog team and I'm grateful for her help everyday.
As for myself, I'm a self-proclaimed emo kid young adult. I'm bilingual and love to read, nerd out about medieval fantasy, and dance professionally.

The baby is learning dock diving!
So for those that compete and are looking for a way to keep track of legs, points and more. A new app recently dropped that is worth the $20.
Add in info, registration numbers, title info, organizations and more. It's a fantastic app that you should get if you compete with dogs. No more excel spreadsheets for me.
