Tenth Doctor (David Tennant)
Favourite Companion: Donna Noble (Catherine Tate): Donna behaved exactly how I would behave if I was travelling the world with the ever so handsome Doctor. In the beginning, she kept regretting her decision to come along and that sounds like me every time I make plans to go out with friends. She wanted to save everyone and she constantly enjoyed herself (the most she could), I think she was bad ass and she wasn’t in love with The Doctor which was a breath of fresh air from the two previous companions. Not being in love with him, didn’t stop her from caring about him and him being better for it. It was definitely one of the most balanced, in terms of the partnership, that The Doctor ever had and I think that’s why it had to end, for him, there.
Favourite Episode: Midnight (Season 4 Episode 10): This episode is everything you need to see what is wrong with humans. Basically when faced with a threat, on a train ride, a group of humans and The Doctor have to help one of the infected passengers, the rest of the group want to throw her out and when it infects The Doctor, they make a plan to throw him out, luckily the hostess sees the deceptions and sacrifices herself to save The Doctor. No one remembers her name and this episode is the first time I saw The Doctor not just sad, not just frustrated but almost without words in his disappointment at the outcome of the day. It really stuck with me.
