If I see another dyadic person try and dictate what “proper” labels intersex people “should” use, I’m throwing hands. 

News flash, many intersex people who were (F) AMAB do not check all the (dyadic) box of what is considered a boy/man. Many intersex people who were (F)AFAB do not check all the (dyadic) boxes of what’s considered a girl/woman in society. So please, shut the fuck up when you see intersex people using “contradictory” labels; I can assure you that it’s not gonna be the end of the world.

Is it chronic illness culture to avoid going to doctors even when (or especially when) you have new symptoms or flare ups? I'm always anxious about the possible examinations and treatments and unless it isn't 'really bad' I'm usually like "I'll just wait it out I guess".

at the doctors they said they were gonna refer me to someone else but it could take a while yet so, i apologise if for the next month or two i just. post less BWAHA it just gets kinda hard to think when in pain rip </3 but yea! i’m just glad i’m bein taken seriously!

i have generalized anxiety disorder and clinical depression, plus probably a dissociative/trauma based disorder

and yeah! i believe in recovery. not fully in all cases, but i do believe that with time, therapy and the right support system you can live a good life with mental illnesses. its a lot similar to a physical illness! for example, ill never be cured of my eds, but with the right doctors i can manage it and do stuff i like. i think its the same thing for mental illnesses; its not about "being cured", its about learning to manage symptoms, ask for help and recognize when you need it, give yourself time and keep yourself safe.

went to the doctors n im ok :-) jus an infection nothin serious i jus gotta drink shit n rest

the nurse tried to do an ekg on me but the machine wouldnt work but she did do some blood work

she thinks it may be heart palpitations but we'll find out next week/later this month
