Do we have any specifics on who is a part of Guinevere's personal knights?
Sort of. This answer is going to be based on the Vulgate.
It says that it was Gawain and his companions who approached Guinevere to receive her patronage and fight in her name. And there were over 80 of them
Unfortunately, the narrative doesn't list their names.
But it does present the Queen's Knights as being composed of Gawain's generation of warriors - young knights fresh out of their first wars - plus a few characters like Kay and Griflet, who get into a fight with the older Round Table at one point.
The following I've scrounged around from looking at who's fighting on Gawain's side. So that's:
