Like, it's their face, 100%, this is someone you know, like yeah.

But then you look for the extra half second, and it almost looks glued on? Not all there? Like if I reached over and tugged hard enough, it'd just come right off? Then, you blink, and it's gone. Dunno what it is, but it gives me the creeps.

I know that game cartridges for the Nintendo Switch have a bittering agent in/on them to discourage kids from swallowing the games.

I know that the bittering agent is gross. I know it lingers and it makes me miserable.

(I know this because, as soon as I heard about the bittering agent, I opened one of our game cases and licked a cartridge just to see.)

And still, when I am looking at a big spread of game cartridges for the Nintendo Switch (like when I am packing my husband's Switch away and I see all his cartridges tucked into those little slots in his carrying case), still I have the urge to Lick Them.

Someone tell me I am not alone.
