66 years ago I was born with congenital malformation of the bones in my arms. what this means in essence is that I am unable to touch my shoulders with my hands and therefore have to look for alternative ways of doing things. For me amongst the most frustrating more so because of vanity is that I will never be able to show off my biceps. The videos I have posted today I’m not doing a serious workout just looking at different ways of doing things and now I’m aware I can do skin the cat on ropes I will come back in a couple of days and do a couple of hours of working out on the ropes and the ceiling beam. Meanwhile I’m committed to losing 7 kg by Christmas. I shall be posting how I get on cutting down on sugar and carbs other than the carbs are use to help with the extreme fitness exhaustion and fatigue I often experience while doing my energy doing fitness exercises.
