Thank fuck it’s nearly the last day of term 1! Hats of to all the teachers out there, I couldn’t think of a worse job but to be honest on the same hand, I am so incredibly grateful that your love and passion as a teacher is impacting not only my girls but the world! So THANK YOU for term 1 & the incredible way you have all been able to pivot to allow education to roll as smooth as possible. I’m sure the novelty of home based learning will wear off quickly... However we are prepared to continue our learning at home for term 2 if required! P.S Mrs N is bossy as fuck but SO cool, she drinks wine during the day because she has no place to go! Litter-Pick after work this afternoon. Beautiful summer evening with staff and students together and we collected a bin bag each along the edge of the overflow carpark and then along the back road. Kara - on the art foundation - collected the rubbish to sort for possible use in her final major project seahorse sculpture.
