@Blacksirensolo said TEN OF YOU!! so i took the freedom to assume he was talking to me :P
Name: Sofia Nickname: Soft, So-so, sofi, Birthday: September 26th (it's coming!! :DD) Gender: trans, nonbinary? genderqueer Sexuality: pan!! i don't like adding the 'sexual' because makes it awkward in conversations so I say "pan" and right after explain "i like all kinds of people". And because people don't understand the difference between bi and pan I may go in a short quick explanation of 'grey-area gender' people and mention intersex folks as an example of how genitals can't determine gender. but in a CASUAL WAY because i can be smooth Height: 163cm, 5"3' Time zone: UTC-5 What time and date is it there: August 30th 9:16am Average hours of sleep I get each night: Ahhaaa 5 to 8 I guess OTPs: SHIT well. it's not like I'm super into OTPs but one that's been tickling my heart and drives me nuts everytime I think of, is Newt/Hermann (Pacific Rim). :P But if you follow me you know about it hah' The last thing I Googled was: hahah for a time zone map :P First word that comes to mind: zone map cuz that's the thing written above What I last said to a family member: well i said "ISH" out loud because it started to rain and then i said "hAH" because it stopped right after (door's open) One place that makes me happy and why: my bed but ok behind the car wheel??? HHNNG IDK A BEACH!!! yea beaches make me generally happy How many blankets I sleep under: 1 sheet, 2 heavier blankets. I like to feel cozy Favourite beverage(s): Passion fruit juice, lemonade (preferably limes) The last movie I watched in the cinema was: HTTYD 2 Three things I can’t live without: Internet, people, animals in general. A piece of advice for all my followers: Convince yourself with facts! You have to listen to this song: All About the Super Bass, a Super Bass and a All About that Bass mash by Poomplamoose. Quite fun and I love the cashier's face all in love h ahha My blog(s): Uhh this main, my art blog one, a nsfw-reblog one, a nsfw art one, my old URL, one I started for me and madlanddreams' future comic thingie, and one that I created once for depressive thoughts -but I haven't used it a while.
I tAG madlanddreams, do-nat-care, tintenfischie, doktor-gilda, timedclassic, housebuiltbyghosts, mechacockzilla, lavenderpie, dredsina AND citysaurus. Don't feel obligated to do it! But you're all followers I notice from on my dash so thought some of you might want to join the fun (if you think talking about yourself is fun, idk)!
7, 10, 11, 15!
7. What is your fandom guilty pleasure?Gijinka and monster people. Turning people into monster people. And pets, as well. I love turning people to monsters just so. sudden pets.
10. Any fandoms you'd hate to admit you were a part of?Other then Ace Attorney, due to... things which have happened? None, actually! I'm open with all of my fandoms! :D That I can think of, anyhow.
11. Just how often do you think about your favorite characters getting down and dirty?Well, actually, oh gosh. I think a lot about Balthier and Basch just being awkward and almost getting to that stage but then hahahaaaa. I actually don't tend to think of the act, just the buildup? But I think dirty thoughts a lot.
15. Oh shit you croaked without getting rid of the fandom stuff you saved to your computer. What's your next of kin or friend going to find when they turn on your computer?Other then how disorganized my PC is, all the unfinished 3d models of my characters, and lots of different unfinished comics? Lots of weird unfinished TF (transformation) art. It's not a sexual fetish, but I do draw it. I wish I could put it online, but I'm nervous of being seen as just drawing fetish stuff.
Also a surprising amount of gore and suffering. And furry stuff. (My sister mocks me for being a furry. I just draw cute animal people, don't worry!)

I’m brazilian and I feel the same :/ what’s happening in ferguson is sick, is there even such a thing as *too* empathetic?
i know right? of course, if you follow me, you'd know my family is sort of... crazy? but really. if somebody isn't worried about this at all - then what's wrong with them? this is horrific and sick.

IT'S HER ONLY POKEMON. GILDA YOU OF ALL PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW HOW IMPOSSIBLE IT WOULD BE TO TRAIN A MAGIKARP SOLO.
hey! I have a question mostly directed at webcomics but it works for writing too! before plublishing something online, do you guys protect your intellectual property? I want to start my own stories and games and things like that, but I'm afraid of someone stealing my ideas and using them for profit without giving me a cent. :<
Preface: I'm not a lawyer!
Copyright laws are tricky things, and even more so when you enter into an intellectual property domain. However, as they have evolved they have included more provisions for artists which generally state that your intellectual property is copyrighted as soon as there is record of it. So long as you can prove a creation date of your work in advance of anyone else, most legal issues regarding the proprietary rights to something are going to work more in your favor.
That being said, to protect ideas of things you have not created yet, the solution is simple: don’t post details about your future plans.
Now, if you’re talking about creating and sharing something online and then having people take those ideas or artwork and either trying to pass it off as their own or using it as inspiration to craft things which plagiarize your work, that’s a concern for all artists and creators. In this day and age it’s actually pretty easy to call people out, publicly, for using your work and submitting claims to hosting sites about plagiarized work violating that site’s terms of service. Additionally, when money gets involved — as in someone selling your artwork as their own — it does get more complicated, legally speaking, but again as long as you have proof that you created this work first (and even better have it signed or watermarked with a unique signature so even if this is removed you can show it on the original), your standing in legal terms is much more likely to be upheld.
Sadly, there are no guarantees these days about being able to produce work, have someone else take it and try to make a profit off of it. And yet this has been true for centuries. Someone is always lurking out there waiting to steal an idea or creation and make a buck off of it themselves. The best way to protect yourself is to stamp as much of your work as you can with your name/signature and make sure that you have record of initial creation dates for everything.
Also, no matter how frustrated you get if someone uses your work, don’t be a dick about it — and don’t encourage other people to be a dick on your behalf. Handle each scenario professionally and with courtesy. In this manner you can get most people to back off, apologize, and even rescind their use of your work as their own. And if you can’t, then if/when lawyers get involved, the more you can show your professionalism and responsible, courteous nature, the better your chances of achieving a result that benefits you. (Also, ‘don’t be a dick’ is just a good mantra for life.)
Hope this helps!
